Champions Place Stones
This is for all West Ham fans, not just WHUISA members.

West Ham United Independent Supporters Association (WHUISA) are aware of a number of West Ham fans who have had difficulties with the service provided by the club over the Champions Place Stones.

If you have had problems with your order please can you let us know;

 The name of the person who placed the order
 The date the order was placed
 The order reference number
 Details of your last communication from the club

We will then collate this information and try and get a handle on the scale of the situation for use in the forthcoming SAB meeting. For example one member placed an order in April 2015 and is yet to hear if the stone has been installed.

Please respond to enquiries@whuisa.org.

Thanks in advance

WHUISA committee.

Do think they could be of better quality and show up better in the bad weather but overall think they are a nice addition to the stadium

Re: Champions Place Stones
Got one of these for my son. We were sent an email last year telling us where it was but didn't look for it at the time... this thread prompted me to try and locate it.... emailed club and got email back within an hour with location of stone.

Just saying...

Re: Champions Place Stones
I simply cannot believe this is true.

David Gold and David Sullivan are fans like us and everything they do is in the best interests of the Club and the fans.

They would never attempt to basically take money from people with no intention of providing the service sold. They most certainly aren’t fraudulent lying shysters.

Re: Champions Place Stones
No they were not cheap, although as you say they are now starting to look it.

The thing is though, many people have bought them as a memorial to loved ones who have passed away and to them the stones have meaning. They deserve better than having their emails to the club asking if their stones have been laid ignored.

Re: Champions Place Stones
Never really got the appeal with these things, any time I have walked past they were covered in mud/shit/chewing gum, I know a couple of people who were bought them as a gift and they have never even gone to look for their name.

Not cheap either are they?

Quick bump.

We have had a lot of responses to this from people reading about it on various social media sites so if you are affected and only just seen this thread please get in touch asap.

Re: Champions Place Stones
NS, no Champions Place Stones were sold by the club for laying at the new stadium and in fact still being sold. They are roughly where entrance J is I think. They are laid in batches a couple of times a year but several people have not heard anything for several months and the coms from the club has not been great. WHUISA will compile all the complaints it is aware of and present it to the club for them to deal with. Like the bricks at Upton Park, many of these stones commemorate loved ones who have died so it is sensitive issue for many.

Re the bricks in the skips. Luckily the builders had more respect for them than the board and along with JonJo Huermann and family they have salvaged many of them. I know they had collection days from the old supporters club in Castle up until it closed recently.

Lily, it's a great fag. Funnily enough, it has been taken down at the LS by stewards for spurious reasons on a couple of occasions. It was actually paid for by one of the committee out of his own pocket not WHUISA funds.

Re: Champions Place Stones
Good bit of marketing for WHUISA at the Tottenham win, Chester. Decent size flag at the front, right in shot loads of times.

Re: Champions Place Stones
Is this the ones that were all lobbed in a skip when we moved??
